Terms and Conditions

The package includes a tasting of 4 half portions of sake paired with 4 dishes.

Prices include VAT.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase via Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

The right of withdrawal is guaranteed up to 48 hours before the booking date. After this deadline, it may not apply. However, you can request a postponement of your service (Article 59, letter n of the Consumer Code).

Order confirmation is subject to successful payment.
The customer will receive a digital voucher (or order confirmation) via email to present at the venue.

Declares that the sale is reserved for adults

(18+ years).

The venue staff reserves the right to request identification and refuse to serve alcohol to anyone who does not comply with the legal limit, without the right to a refund for the alcohol portion.

Any changes or cancellations to your tasting package reservation must be made at least 48 hours before the agreed-upon date and time.

Communication must be made exclusively via info@koimilano.eu or by phone/WhatsApp at 3533335720.

If cancellation is communicated more than 48 hours before the event, the customer can arrange a new tasting date, subject to availability, without losing the value of the package.

Late Cancellation or No-Show: If cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours notice, or in the event of a no-show, the voucher will be automatically considered used and will not be refundable or reusable for other dates.
